The UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump belongs to the cantilever single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, which is specially designed and developed for conveying corrosive media containing fine particles. The pump is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which is currently the new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps. Its outstanding advantages are excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.

The UHB-ZK series corrosion-resistant and frosted slurry pump is a type of pump that can adapt to various working conditions, such as conveying acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; Various corrosive slurries in the smelting industry; Various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; Various types of wastewater in the environmental protection industry. This pump is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and has a wide range of applications. Has the following characteristics:
1) Strong wear resistance: All overcurrent components are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which has the highest wear resistance among plastics, four times higher than nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times higher than carbon steel and stainless steel.
2) Strong impact resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene has the highest impact strength among general engineering plastics, five times that of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) copolymer, and can maintain stability at minus 196 ℃, which is a characteristic that no other plastic has.
3) Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump can withstand various corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range, and can be immersed in 80 types of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There are no abnormal phenomena on the surface, and there is almost no change in other physical properties.
4) No noise: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene has high impact absorption and good noise reduction properties, which greatly reduces the noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.
5) Safe and reliable, non-toxic decomposition: The pump uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) with extremely stable chemical properties, making it also suitable for use in the food industry.
6) Low friction coefficient: The internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, indicating self-lubricating properties. Under water lubrication conditions, its dynamic friction coefficient is half that of PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM). When working in sliding or rotating form, the lubricity is better than that of steel and brass with lubricating oil added.
7) Good anti adhesion: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent anti adhesion properties, comparable to PTFE, and therefore performs outstandingly when transporting media with high viscosity.

1) Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant, versatile with one pump, suitable for both acidic and alkaline clear liquid slurries.
2) The pump body is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene structure, with a lining thickness of 8-20mm. This pump applies plastic lining technology, and compared with other similar pumps, it has the advantages of good thermal deformation resistance, cracking resistance, anti detachment, and high operating temperature of the lining layer.
3) There are two types of impellers: separated and closed, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.
4) Sealing: K-type power seal, K1 type power seal, T-type packing seal, T1 type packing seal, C3 type non-standard seal.
5) Applicable media: sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, hydrochloric acid of various concentrations, liquid alkali, suitable for both clear liquids and slurries.
